Within the official visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim visited Memorial Gallery 11/07/95 on Friday March 30. The Prime Minister was accompanied by Denis Zvizdic, the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH, Recep Akdag, Deputy Prime Minister, Mevlut Cavusoglu, Turkish Foreign Minister, Nihat Zeybekci, Minister of Economy, Ahmet Arslan, Minister of Transport and Communications and President of the Turkish Government’s Affairs Administration Ali Erbas.
Tarik Samarah, the founder of the Gallery and the author of the exhibition Srebrenica welcomed Prime Minister Yildirim and reminded the Turkish delegation about the beginning and the course of genocide in Srebrenica. After completing the exhibition tour, Samarah presented a gift for the Prime Minister – monograph Srebrenica as well as the photograph Boy with an arrow.
